COVID-19 Protocols

Since Perfect Baskets is an online gift shop, we remain open 6 days /week with no order minimums and next-day delivery within Toronto & the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). We continue to ship across Canada.

The health and well-being of our clients, employees, and the community are of utmost importance to us. We have made the following changes to how we operate our business during COVID-19:

• Our typical local “hand-delivery” has now changed to front door drop off. The gift basket will now be placed in a shipping box and dropped off in front of the recipient’s house to aid in our contact-less delivery. We will ring the doorbell and leave the package at their doorstep. If they live in a condominium or apartment building, we will leave the package with concierge.
• All of our staff has continued to work from home and has been practising social distancing.
• While handling the items in the gift baskets, our staff has been wearing a medical mask and has been washing their hands frequently.

We continue to meet our normal, fast turnaround times:

We offer next-day delivery 6 days/week if your order is placed before midnight. For shipping outside the GTA, your order will be shipped either same-day or next day (excluding weekends & Holidays). Please note that we ship from our facility in Toronto and the actual date that shipments arrive at their destinations will depend on the time in transit. Expect some delays during COVID.
